I.Cannot.Die.

"Whether life or death be mine, may Christ be magnified in me! If he has work for me to do, I cannot die."
- Henry Martyn

Died among strangers in the city of Tocat in Asiatic Turkey on October 16, 1812 at the age of thirty-one years old, on his missionary work. He worked alongside William Carey after abandoning his life as an academic for God's work.

Christ's work for Martyn was done, and he had done it well. He has received and will receive his reward - the promise of our faith in Christ. Do you let God work through your life? Your work here is not done. Not yet.

There was a time when I lost my desire to write and to share. There was a time when I didn't see the point of doing a blog to express my thought. I am who I am though, inconsistent as I am in doing this blog, but I do want to share and I do long to write. Today I'm giving it another go. Fingers crossed. But I still wish that "Let there be light" is the message that I convey.
